To access the College Fit Finder, go to www.collegefitfinder.com. Your username and password will be given to you by the club. We recommend immediately changing your password on the "General" tab when you login for the first time.

You will have access to a player profile as well as college search and tracking features on the program.

There are video tutorials to your right as well as on the website on the "Help" tab at the top of the screen. These explain how to use each different aspect of the College Fit Finder, from editing your profile, to searching for schools, to keeping track of your correspondence.

Remember, the more thorough you are, the more college coaches can get to know you as a student athlete.

TEAM MANAGERS:

You can log into the system to oversee your individual team and keep the brochure and player profiles up to date. There are video tutorials on the website on the "Help" tab at the top of the screen, as well as to your right.

A club administrator can provide you with the team's username and password by logging in and viewing the "Teams" tab. Each team is listed there, as well as their username and password.

STAFF COACHES:

A club administrator can add each coach who needs access to the system on the "Coaches" tab. (We recommend loading in all coaches for the HS age groups). They can then provide you with your username and password to log in and help your players with the recruiting process. There are video tutorials on the website on the "Help" tab at the top of the screen, as well as to your right.

FAQ:

- "I need to switch a player from one team to another, but not just as a Guest Player. How do I do this?"

A club administrator can take care of this for you by logging in, searching for the player on the "Athletes" tab, clicking the "Edit" button on the right, switching the team from the drop-down menu, and clicking "Save." You can also contact the College Fit Finder via the "Contact Us" form to help you.

- "One of my players has a misspelled name. How can we change his/her username?"

Since usernames are part of a player's URL, it can not be changed. However, we can create a new account for this player and attach him/her to your team. They will have to re-enter any information on the new profile that they had on the old one. Please contact the College Fit Finder via the "Contact Us" form to get this fixed.

- "How do I add a Guest Player who plays for our club?"

When you're logged in and viewing the team roster, you'll notice to the right there are a couple of symbols with a + sign. When you place your cursor over them, you'll see which one is to add a Guest Player. You can search for the player to add as a guest to your team, then click "Save."

- "How do I add a Guest Player who does not play for our club?"

Please contact the College Fit Finder via the "Contact Us" form so we can assist you. If this particular player already has an account through another club, we can have them appear on your team as well. If they do not, we will add them as a new player to your team.
